Drop-in Meditation Classes
with Buddhist teacher Lia Gasparro
In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is covered. Classes are self-contained so you are welcome to drop in any week - there is no need to book or bring anything. Beginners are welcome. Classes consist of guided meditations and a teaching, followed by refreshments. Cost: $12.
